validated diagnostic instrument, medical device, clinical decision system or
prescribing tool. The interface paraphrases educational concepts and does not
reproduce full copyrighted diagnostic criteria.

Implementation safeguards
-------------------------
- A tied or scattered symptom profile produces a mixed cross-dimensional
  result instead of an arbitrary disorder label.
- One matching symptom produces a preliminary signal, not a disorder pattern.
- Free text is displayed as self-reported and is not automatically scored.
- Other Specified and Unspecified considerations are chapter-specific and
  conditional; they are never shown as stand-alone diagnoses.
- Substance/medication and medical/neurological differentials appear only
  after a Yes response.
